The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via YouTube messaging that is associated with the winner’s profile on YouTube on or about December 18, 2014. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (3) days after the date of the first attempt to contact him/her, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winners will be notified by YouTube messaging. By entering, each potential Prize winner (parent/legal guardian if a minor in his/her state of residence) acknowledges and agrees to compliance of all contest rules and guidelines, releases the Sponsor from liability if the winner misuses a Prize, and grants the Sponsor permission to use their name and/or likeness for the purpose of publicity and advertisement.
